Miller, known for his four high-profile Madison restaurants, L’Etoile, Graze, Estrellón and Sujeo, drew national attention and new fans as he competed on Iron Chef Showdown. Already the winner of a James Beard Award (pretty much a culinary Oscar), Miller took down “unbeatable” Iron Chef Bobby Flay on the Food Network star show.
