Arthur Ircink is the man behind the scenes at Wisconsin Foodie. From shooting and editing to underwriting and social media, Arthur is responsible for what you see on TV and Online. With a bit a nativity, hard work, passion and an entrepreneurial spirit the concept for Wisconsin Foodie was inked on a bar napkin in late 2007. The hope was to capture the enthusiasm of national food shows and create a show that was all about the rich “local”food stories from Wisconsin. Connect

Cathy Carlson is the Chief Marketing Officer at Digsite, a fast-growing consumer insights platform, where she gets to blend her love of marketing with her passion for customers. Alyssa Mitchell, Managing Editor, Cheese Market News

Alyssa Mitchell oversees the daily operations of the editorial office at Cheese Market News, a weekly newspaper for the cheese and deli industry. Alyssa has a degree in news editing from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. Prior to joining Cheese Market News in 2008, Alyssa worked at The Gazette, a group of community newspapers in Gaithersburg, Md. and served as a copy editor for the news department of the Advisory Board Company, a health care strategy firm in Washington, D.C. Stefanie Norvaisas, Director of Research & Design Strategy, Design Concepts

For the last decade Stefanie has led a multidisciplinary team in applying methods from the social sciences to support the business of innovation. She develops research and design strategies that inform new brand, retail and product strategies for clients in the U.S. and worldwide. Prior to joining Design Concepts in 2003, Stefanie was the Director of Research at Doblin Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Roger helps leaders and organizations discover how authenticity improves communication, ups productivity, and positively influences culture. His past career adventures include project management, business analysis, team building, leadership, marketing, technical support, training, and sales at companies like CUNA Mutual Group and American Family Insurance. He has an MBA from Edgewood College, a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
