Cindy Tomlinson is a seasoned communications professional with more than three decades of experience managing public relations, internal communications and social media. She is currently the senior manager of communications at Alliant Energy, a regulated energy company with more than one million customers across Iowa and Wisconsin.
Erin Elliott, APR is the public relations/social media account supervisor at Hiebing. Focusing mainly on content and media relations work, she serves a variety of clients remotely from her home in the Green Bay area. An experienced PR practitioner and longtime PRSA member, 2026 marks Erin’s sixth year of service as awards chair for PRSA Northeast Wisconsin.
